How To Buy:
You can order goods as registated or non-registrated customer.
1. Without Registration
The goods you have chosen, put into an e-mail, in which you write your complete address please, then the way of taking over and the way of payment. We will confirm it by an e-mail.
2. With Registration
You make easier your next purchase with your registration and you will get better info’s about your order.
A. Press „registration“ (on the left side) and fill in all details
B. In case you are already registrated, press „login“ and write your login (your e-mail adress) and a password (you have received by e-mail from us). In case, that you forgot your application data, contact us by phone or e-mail please and you will receive new ones.
At the goods you have chosen, fill in the amount of pieces and put in cart (press „cart“). When you are ordering more records or CDs, the procedure is the same.
C. When you finish your choosing, make sure please, that the amount and character of goods is OK.
D. Then press „to order cart“
E. The message about successful order will display.
Payment:
cash on delivery (C.O.D.) – payment in cash, when you receive your package
personally, at our shop – payment in cash, when you will pick up your goods at our shop
payment in forward – payment on our bank account (lower postal charge)
Shipment:
bussiness parcel (C.O.D.) – packets are delivered by CZ post till 24 hours. In case, that you are not at home, the packet is left at the closest post office, where you can pick it up. The price is 130CZK.
average parcel (C.O.D.) – packets are delivered by CZ post till cca 3 working days. The price is 100CZK.
„courier“ (C.O.D.) – packets are delivered by CZ railways till 12 hours. You can pick it up on your train station. The price is 160CZK.

Seller‘s rights and duties
1. The seller must complete the order and if the customer won’t pick it up at shop, seller must send the ordered goods on the address, which is filled in registration. In case it won’t be possible for any reason to send out orederd goods, the seller informs the buyer by an e-mail message, stated in his/her order. The seller reserves the right to decline the order, ig the registration is not filled in correctly, or there is a doubt about real intention of the buyer to order the goods. The seller will inform the buyer about this rejection by an e-mail message.
2. If customer put in a claim for withdrawing from contract of purchase according to law
no. 367/2000sb. (CZ code of laws), the seller repays the sum paid by the buyer till 14 working days from receiving the reject goods on the seller’s address. The seller do not refund the postal charge.
Customer’s rights and duties
1. The customer (buyer) undertakes to withdraw ordered and sent goods and pay total price for ordered goods delivered by us.
2. The buyer undertakes, that all details he provides us for the purposes of oredering or purchasing products or services, are correct. If there are any changes of the details supplied by customer, it is his/her responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
3. According the law no. 367/2000sb. (CZ code of laws) has the buyer right to withdraw from contract without a reason till 14 days from receiving the goods.
4. The buyer has right for refund of the amount paid for this goods, if the claim is valid.
5. The returned sales may not be damaged or otherwise devalued.
Claim Rules
1. The buyer is due to check the goods immediately and inform the seller about detected defects as soon as possible.
2. Detection of any defects must buyer announce to seller in written form (letter or e-mail) until 3 days from receiving the goods. The buyer must describe the detected defects in this written announcement and he will send it on the seller’s address (see “contacts”).
3. Is needed to submit an invoice or document of payment for successful claim.
4. The seller has no responsibility for damage caused by unprofessional use and defects caused by transport to customer.
5. The seller undertakes to inform the customer till latest 3 days from receiving the claim about its way of execution. The seller must settle the claim till latest 30 days from receiving the goods under complaint.
Data Protection
Operator of the internet shop Ok Markt undertakes not to offer details about customers to third party, not even to use them for commercial purpose without customer’s agreement.
Furthermore the operator undertakes to work with these details according to CZ law
no. 101/2000sb., about personat data protection. The operator also undertakes to delete all details about customer from database on customer’s request. Even without informations about reason.
